Become a Vendor
Our applications are closed for our Tuesday, Saturdays and Sunday Springfield markets.
Applications will reopen in late November/early December for the 2027 season.
Eligibility
Vendors must meet the following requirements in order to be eligible for membership and vending at LCFM. Potential vendors must read through the LCFM vendor handbook before applying. Vendors must satisfy the following items before participating in any of LCFM’s markets:

Vendors’ products must be grown or produced in Oregon. Prepared food vendors must use at least 25% of raw ingredients that are grown in Oregon in each product. Local water does not count towards this requirement.

No reselling of any kind is permitted.

Agree to read and abide by the rules laid out in the up-to-date LCFM Vendor Handbook.

Attend or view an orientation prior to vending.

Vendor application, along with all applicable licensing, certification, and other documents, must be received by the LCFM office prior to vending.
- All vendors must submit a certificate of liability insurance (minimum $1,000,000 policy) prior to vending, listing the Lane County Farmers Market as an additionally insured. New applicants do not need to submit their insurance certificate until after their application has been approved.
