Farmers Market Signature Cocktail for Early Fall

Farmers Market Cocktail

 

1.5 oz Vivacity Native Gin

.5 oz lemon juice

.25 oz local honey syrup

.5 oz roasted farmers market plum liquer 

Bayleaf or other farmers market herb for garnish

Put all ingredients in a glass, shake with liberal amounts of ice, and strain into a cocktail glass 

 

Plum liquer: Roast and reduce 4 to 6 plums, and place in a large mason jar. Add 2 cups of Vivacity Native Gin, half cup of honey syrup. Let sit at room temperature for 1 week and enjoy!

 

Honey syrup is 2 cups of honey brought up to a boil with 1 cup of water
