*The Double Up Food Bucks program is not currently running at the Lane County Farmers Market. We hope to receive funding and start the program in May, 2021. Food Bucks received at other markets cannot be used at the Lane County Farmers Market market until then.
Double Up Food Bucks
We match up to $10 a day with Double Up Food Bucks for fruits and vegetables, herbs, nuts, veggie starts, mushrooms, and beans. Matching will be available at our Tuesday and Saturday Farmers Markets until funds run out. (Only one match per market day.)
Follow these steps to stretch your food dollars with Double Up Food Bucks:
Swipe your Oregon Trail or EBT card at the Info Booth at the Farmers Market to withdraw money from your SNAP account. You will receive blue EBT tokens for that amount.
You will be matched up to $10 in Double-Up Food Bucks to boost your purchasing power.
Use your Double-Up Bucks to shop at the farmers market for fresh fruit and vegetables, mushrooms, beans, herbs, veggie starts, and nuts. (Your EBT tokens can be used for meat, eggs, dairy, etc.)
Double-Up Food Bucks are distributed once per participant per market day while funds last.
Come back week after week and enjoy more healthy food!
