Kathryne Bennett is the owner of Bionda pop-up dinners and executive sous chef of Zest Restaurant. This recipe highlights first of the season Early Girl tomatoes from Sweet Leaf, and Hideaway Bakery’s bread. It’s a cold soup that is extremely popular in southern Spain in the blazing hot summers. “When I lived there over one summer, I learned quickly how to make this and kind of survive on it, as well as gazpacho and fresh squeezed orange juice.”
