About Upriver Organics:
We are a small farm located just over the west side of Santiam Pass, along the beautiful McKenzie River. We actively manage 8 acres of annual vegetable crops, ¾ of an acre of greenhouse crops, and 5 acres of perennial fruits, mainly blueberries. We employ a large team of skilled farmers, drivers, marketers and support staff that all work towards a common goal of growing a good amount of exceptional food for our community. Our goal is to grow this food while stewarding the land that we farm so that it remains abundant and biodiverse for decades to come. We farm a diverse range of fruits and vegetables, but melons are one of our specialties! Farmer Jack has been growing melons for over 30 years, and works to perfect the art of growing unique and delicious melons and watermelons.
