About the chef:
Garrett, a Eugene local and graduate of Lane Community College’s Culinary Arts program, brings decades of experience leading kitchens across Lane County, including his time as head chef at B2 Wine Bar. Garrett and Felicia are the owners of the award-winning NorthWest Burgers, where they built a loyal following through their commitment to quality, consistency, and elevated comfort food. Felicia, also classically trained at LCC, shares that same strong foundation of technique and discipline, while bringing creativity, balance, and a thoughtful touch to every dish. Together, they have built a partnership that thrives on collaboration, precision, and a genuine love for hospitality.
