Lola's Fruit Shrubs
Location: Eugene, Oregon
About Lola's: Shrub is an American style drinking vinegar. It was created in 15th century England and brought to the new world by early settlers. Colonial Americans preserved fruit by packing it in vinegar and sugar. Once the vinegar was infused the fruit was strained off and a drink made with the vinegar. That drink is called shrub. All Lola's Fruit Shrubs are made using this method, and our shrubs are ready to drink, dilute beverages rather than the concetrated vinegar itself.
